摘 要:为了解仿棉涤纶长丝经编织物的组织结构与沸水收缩率的关系,针对其仿棉原理,对仿棉涤纶长丝经编织物的织缩率、沸水收缩率、总缩率进行了测试与分析,结合正交试验分析方法,得出影响织物沸水收缩率的主要因素。结果表明:机上纵密是影响织物横向织缩率、横向沸水收缩率和总沸水收缩率的主要因素;前梳延展线长度是影响织物纵向织缩率和纵向沸水收缩率的主要因素;尽管增加机上纵密和改变织物组织结构对织物的各方向沸水收缩率有一定影响,但对织物的总收缩率影响不大。To understand the relationship between the weave structure and boiling-water shrinkage of warp-knitted polyester cotton-like fabric, its crimp percentage, boiling-water shrinkage, and overall shrinkage were tested based on the principle of cotton-like processing, and chief factors influencing the boiling-water shrinkage were obtained via the orthogonal experiment. The wale count is the main factor influencing the coursewise crimp percentage, boiling-water shrinkage and overall shrinkage, while the front guide bar extensibility length is the main factor influencing the walewise crimp percentage and boiling-water shrinkage. Although the increase of walewise density and change of weave structure have a certain influence on the boiling-water shrinkage on both directions, little influence is observed on the overall shrinkage.
