摘　　要：采用传统层压复合工艺将间隔织物与现有警用防弹插板中材料(芳纶无纬布/芳纶机织布),涂覆不同的黏合剂,制成间隔织物/芳纶无纬布/芳纶机织布夹层结构复合材料,考察其在准静态与动态穿刺状态下的防刺性能。实验结果表明:芳纶平纹机织布由于其紧密的结构特征,可以作为间隔织物的上表面抵挡有效防刺;同时间隔织物的下表面设计需较为紧密,以利于阻止刀尖的持续下刺;另外间隔织物的间隔丝可以有效将刀尖锁住,起到抗刺作用。研究结果表明,黏合剂对间隔织物及其夹层结构的防刺性能影响较大,采用强度、韧性、和粘结度较好的胶有利于提高材料的防刺性能。The conventional laminating and compositing process was employed to produce a laminated composition fabric which is consisted of spacer fabric/aramid laid fabric/aramid woven fabric. The anti- ballistic insert plate （aramid laid fabric/aramid woven fabric） currently for the police and different adhesives were used in making the above product whose anti-stabbing performance was investigated under quasi-static and dynamic conditions. The experimental results revealed that the aramid plain woven fabric, due to its tightness, can be used as the outer layer of the composite, as an effective anti-stabbing layer; the inner layer should be desiged tighter so that it will prevent the knife edge from going down; and while the yarns suspended beneath the outer layer can lock the edge of the knife efficiently to stop it going down continuously. In addition, The adhesive has greater impact on the anti-stabbing performance of the composite, therefore an adhesive with good strength, high tenacity and good cohesiveness should be used so as to enhance the anti-stabbing performances of the composite.
