摘 要:为寻求缓解织机开口引起的经纱张力变化的方法,研究经纱在开口过程中路径的变化规律。定量分析开口参数对经纱伸长量的影响,获取抵消开口引起的经纱张力变化所需的后梁摆动规律,同时对比分析不同综框上经纱所需的不同后梁摆动规律。结果表明:设计随织机开口运动而摆动的后梁对缓解经纱张力变化有较好的效果,而且这种缓解效果与综框数量、梭口参数、织物组织有很大的关系;织物组织变化引起的经纱张力变化,最好通过调整电子送经系统中经纱张力检测周期来补偿。当织造平纹织物,经纱使用弹性较低的玻璃纤维、高强涤纶丝时,采取对称梭口及可随开口运动摆动的后梁机构比较适合。In order to find out a method that can alleviate the change of warp tension caused by shedding on loom and research the warp path change rules during shedding motion, the influence of shedding parameters on the warp elongation is analyzed quantitatively, so as to obtain the rules of back rest swing that are needed to offset the warp tension change caused by shedding. A comparative analysis is conducted of the back rest swing rule that changes with the warp on different heald frames. The results indicated that if the back rest is so designed that it swings with the shedding motion, it will get good effect in alleviating the loom warp tension change. This alleviation effect is closely related to the number of heald frame, shedding parameters and fabric weave. The best measure for compensating the warp tension change caused by fabric weave is to adjust the warp tension testing cycle on electronic let-off system. When plain weave fabric is woven with low elastic glass fiber or high tenacity polyster yarn, it is more proper to adopt symmetric shed forms and the back rest mechanim which swings with the shedding motion.
