摘 要:为更好地制备结构多样的纳米纤维材料,基于静电纺丝原理,介绍了接收器的结构及运动形式对纺丝过程中纳米纤维取向和排列的影响。在此基础上,分别从动态、静态2个方面综述了制备排列有序纳米纤维和图案化纳米纤维膜过程中采用的接收器的研究进展;同时,归纳了近年来国内外制备三维纳米纤维体采用的接收方式,总结了不同接收器的结构特点和接收效果,指出各类接收器的优缺点及存在的问题。最后,展望了未来静电纺丝接收器的发展方向。The influence of both collector structure and its motion form on fiber orientation and arrangement during spinning process is analyzed based on the theory of electrospinning for the fabrication of diversified nanaofiber materials. On this basis, this review discusses the progress of electrospinning collector for preparation of ordered nanofibers and patterned nanofibrous membrane from the aspects of dynamic and static, and summarizes the excellent collecting types to construct three dimensional nanofibrous structures in recent years. The structural features and the receiving effects of different collectors are summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of each and existing problems are compared at the same time. Finally, the future outlook and development direction of electrospinning collectors are prospected.
