摘　　要：简述氨压缩机驱动汽轮机在高负荷运行中轴位移及第1级转子后压力偏高的异常情况,针对故障原因进行分析和处理,消除了设备自身存在的重大隐患,确保了化工装置的正常运行。This paper outlines the abnormal conditions of driving turbine of ammonia compressor hap- pened under high load, i.e., the shaft displacement and higher pressure after the 1st stage. The paper also analyses the causes of the failure and describes how the failures were solved and further on the plant normal operation was guaranteed by eliminating the major hidden dangers of equipment.
