摘　　要：流化床造粒系统有故障多、检修周期短的特点。通过长期的运行和检修的实践经验,对造粒系统流化床造粒机、产品振动筛、破碎机3台重点设备在日常运行中的常见故障原因进行总结分析,给出巡检的正确判断方法和检修的指导意见,并提出相应的预防和改进措施。Fluidized bed granulation system has the disadvantages of more failures and short repair cy- cle. Per the experience of operation and maintenance accumulated in a long term, this article analyzes the cause of the common failures in daily operation of three sets of critical equipment of urea prilling system： flu- idized bed granulator, vibrating screen and crusher; and gives the correct judgment of the inspection method and the maintenance guidance. Combined with the repair work, this article puts forward the corresponding prevention and improvement measures.
