摘　　要：将大型交通枢纽地区商业开发置于都市圈—城市—枢纽地区三个由大到小的层级进行分析,分析其对都市圈、经济、城市空间形态、人口空间分布、可持续发展及交通方面的积极影响。探讨如何通过合理的规划与控制,在城市枢纽站域开发中避免对交通、经济、社会、环境、文化等产生消极影响,以研究城市枢纽站域开发的必要性。The research develops the commercial development of the huge traffic hub area on three levels： city cycle-city-hub area. Its positive impacts on the city cycle, economy, urban space forms, population distribution, sustainable development ＆ transport are evaluated . The research also explores how to avoid the negative effects on the transport, economy, society, environment, culture etc, by developing rational planning, thus to to justify the necessity of city hub region development.
