高层养老设施在应急状态下的避难空间设计

摘　　要：随着我国老龄人口的增加,越来越多的老年人选择进入养老设施来度过其晚年生活。人到老年,身体会出现各种病症,导致在应急状态下不能像普通人一样进行安全疏散。该文从老年人的需求入手,分析老年人应急状态下的行为特征以及高层养老设施。针对应急疏散的主要问题,结合实地调研,从备用疏散通道、避难层、避难间以及疏散辅助设施设备四方面来研究高层养老设施的避难空间设计,提出合理的解决策略和方法,为老年人提供安全有效的避难空间以保证其在应急状态下的生命安全。With the increase of the aging population in China, more and more seniors can choose to enter the facilities for the elderly to spend their old age. When people enter old age, the body will appear all sorts of symptoms, can＇t like ordinary people, in emergency situations for safe evacuation. From the demand of the elderly, we analyze the high-level endowment facilities under the existing problems and the elderly emergency evacuation behavior characteristics, combined with field investigation, from four aspects such as evacuation passageway, fire refuge layer, fire cut and auxiliary facilities, we study the refuge space design of high-level endowment facilities, and put forward reasonable solution strategy and method. Providing safe and effective refuge space for the elderly so as to ensure the life safety in emergency state.
