活力中心·与水对话——义乌中心区10、11号街坊方案设计分析

摘　　要：当今,"丧失活力的城市中心"是一个需时常面对的课题。城市活力构建,在于创建一个供人交往,感知人的情怀,功能多元的场所。这个场所应是一个多元复合的、充满活力的空间环境。义乌中心区是一个新的城市中心,它所包含的第五代商业,是一种集消费、休闲、文化、运营、体验、服务、参与、共赢等因素为一体的商业模式,其目的是要构建一个"充满活力"的,集"购物中心、休闲中心、社交中心"为一体的城市中心。该文从城市活力理论入手,紧抓"亲水"与"活力"两大特征,探析义乌中心区10、11号街坊方案的设计策略。Nowadays, the problem we usually faced is that many urban centers are losing viability. We should create a mix-used place for people＇s communication and people＇s feelings in course of making urban viability. The place should be a mix-used and viability places. Yiwu city center is a new center area including the fifth-generation commercial center, that is a kind of integrated center modeJ which includes consumption, Jeisure, culture, operation, experience, service, participation, symbiosis etc. We wish to create a special city center that is full of viability, which has three characteristics combining shopping center, leisure center and social hub. By city viability theory, we try to analyze design of No.10＆11 blocks in Yiwu city center and emphasize two important things ：closed to water and viability.
