摘　　要：湖北襄阳市太平店镇因水而兴,历经数千年,古镇风貌仍保存完好。该文以太平店古镇区为研究对象,从其形成因素出发,结合太平店古镇"因汉水而兴,因商贸而盛"的历史背景和古镇地理位置、区位环境及文化背景等,分析了古镇"一水一心一轴·新老并置"的空间形态与格局,阐述了垂直于汉江的"T字型"的古镇街道空间序列以及主次分明的街巷结构,研究了古镇的建筑特色及其成因,并对具有地域性特色的天井式住宅的基本形制和建构特点进行了研究。Taipingdian Town in Xiangyang City is an ancient town booming from river with thousands of years＇ history, it is still well-preserved in the old way. Started with its forming factors and combined with historical background of booming from water and thriving from trade and geographical position, geographical environment and cultural background, we analyze the spatial form of ＂mono-hydrate, mono-heart, mono-axis, collocation of the new and old＂, and expound its street space sequence with ＂T＂ type and clear lanes of the structure. Furthermore, wet study the characteristics of architecture and construction in the town and also research the patio style residence in local place.
