摘　　要：目的探讨阿司匹林致不良反应(ADR)发生的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法筛选某院2012年4月至2013年9月间患者病例136例,并按患者性别、年龄、用药情况、ADR类型及临床表现等进行分类,并统计分析。结果发生ADR的患者男性多于女性,老人及儿童更易发作;主要ADR症状以消化系统症状较为多见;合并用药引发不良反应的可能性较高;使用肠溶型阿司匹林更为安全;多种原因导致患者用药不当进而引发不良反应。结论阿司匹林致ADR的临床表现复杂多样,最严重的可能引起死亡,其ADR的危害性值得重视。大众对阿司匹林的使用存在误区,临床医师、药师应注意指导患者合理用药、安全用药。Objective To evaluate the general regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ ADR） induced by aspirin,and to provide reference for safe and rational clinical drug use .Methods 136 cases during April 2012 to September 2013 are collected in our hospital and analyzed statistically in respect of patients＆#39;gender,age,medication, types and clinical manifestation of ADR .Results Male and the old and children are more likely to have ADR;Most ADR symptoms are mainly related to digestive system .Mixed drugs usage has a higher possibility to induce ADR;En-teric aspirin is safer;Multiple reasons result in improper use of aspirin and ADR .Conclusion ADR induced by as-pirin has various symptoms ,even death cases .Common patients have misunderstanding with use of aspirin ,so clinical doctors and pharmacists should give patients introductions for rational and safe use of drugs .
