摘 要:通过对固体废弃物粉煤灰进行有效的改性,经过酸浸、碱溶、聚合等过程,来制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅酸氯化铝铁(PSAFC)。结果表明,当焙烧温度为900℃、粉煤灰与助溶剂质量比为1:1(其中助溶剂m(NaOH):m(Na2O2):m(B2O3)=5:3:2)、焙烧和酸浸时间分别为30和60 min时,粉煤灰中Al、Fe的溶出率达到最高;在温度为80℃、质量分数为20%的NaOH溶液中碱溶90 min后,Si的溶出率达到最高;成品熟化时间为25 min时絮凝效果最佳。通过与市售PSAFC、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)等絮凝剂效果的比较,表明用该方法制备的PSAFC在浊度、COD、色度等方面的去除率均已超过或接近市售絮凝剂。阐述了其絮凝机理,同时具有电中和、架桥、网捕3种作用。Polysilicate aluminium ferric chloride (PSAFC) has been prepared by calcination of fly ash, and then by acid leaching, alkali-soluble and polymeric steps. The results show that when the calcination temperature is 900 ℃, m(flyash):m(cosolvent) is 1:1 (m(NaOH):m(Na2O2):m(B2O3)=5:3:2), roasting time is 30 min, acid leaching time is 60 rain, the dissolution rate of aluminum and iron are highest. When the temperature is 80 ℃, The mass fraction of Na0H is 20%, the time of alkali dissolution is 90 min, the dissolution rate of silicon is better. When the aging time is 25 min, the flocculation of product is optimized. By comparing the commercially available PSAFC, polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and polyaluminum feiric chloride (PAFC), the results show that the removal rate of turbidity, COD, color of PSFAC modified have been more than or close to the common commercial flocculant. It also has a very wide apply range ofpH. so it has good market prospects.
