摘  要:以脱水污泥为原料通过碱改性制备得到生物吸附剂,采用该生物吸附剂对镍冶炼烟气制酸废水中重金属离子进行吸附去除。考察了吸附时间、pH、生物吸附剂的投加量以及混凝药剂的投加等条件对酸性废水中Ni、Pb、Cd、Cu等金属离子去除效果的影响。结果表明,生物吸附剂适宜操作条件为吸附时间为120min,pH为5~7,吸附剂投加量为7mL/100mL(吸附剂体积/废水体积)。处理后废水中重金属离子含量能达到GB25467-2010的排放要求。絮凝剂的投加对于吸附剂去除废水中重金属离子的协同作用并不明显。The biosorbent is prepared by alkali modification in this paper, and it is adopted as the adsorbent for heavy metals removal from AWNS. In order to optimize the operation parameters of AWNS treatment by biosorbent, the effect of influencing factors, such aS initial pH, dosage of biosorbent, time and addition of coagulant, on the removal efficiency heavy metals (nickel, lead, cadmium, copper) was investigated. The results show that the optimal time, initial pH, biosorbent dosage were 120 rain, 5-7, 7 mL/100 mL (biosorbent/AWNS), respectively. At the optimal operation condition, the heavy metals concentration of effluent can reach the discharge limit of GB 25467--2010. In addition, the dosage of coagulant does not show obvious synergistic effect on the removal of heavy metals.
