摘　　要：随着科技的发展与进步,计算机技术已经越来越成熟并且应用于各种行业的各个部门,逐渐成为一种不可逆转的发潮流。在医疗档案管理中,计算机技术几乎完全取代了传统的档案管理方式,在某种程度上已经实现了无纸化的管理。档案管理信息化有着非常多地优势,计算机信息化在医疗档案中的应用还存在着不少问题,计算机信息化在医疗档案中的应用仍需要得到改善。with the development and progress of science and technology, computer technology is more and more mature and used in various departments of various industries, and gradually become the development trend of an irreversible.In the medical records management, computer technology is almost completely replaced the traditional archives management, to some extent, has realized the paperless management.Information of archives management has many advantages, the application of computer in the medical record information still exist many problems, the application of computer in the medical record information still needs to be improved.
