摘　　要：当前,越来越多的案件需要从手机中提取各种信息,手机已经成为电子物证检验的重要对象。本文介绍了手机数据及数据存储,对手机数据证据类型进行分析,构建了手机主动侦查和被动侦查策略。More and more cases need to extract all kinds of information from the mobile phone at present, and mobile phone has become a new object of the examination of electronic evidence.This paper introduces the data and storage of mobile telephone, analyzes evidence categorize of＇mobile phone, and constructs the method of active survey and passive survey.
