On the Mark release Techniques of Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner)

摘  要:利用含不同染色剂的人工饲料饲喂棉铃虫幼虫 [H elicoverpa armigera ( Hübner) ],由于幼虫有各种体色 ,不能获得满意的标记效果。以含有不同浓度罗丹明 B的 1 0 %蔗糖溶液饲喂成虫 ,标记率可达 95.1 9%,标记液对成虫寿命和飞行能力没有影响。随着罗丹明 B浓度的增加 ,雌虫卵巢染色的百分率不断提高 ,但产卵前期延迟 ,平均产卵量明显减少。标记雌虫可以产下红色的卵。在河南省新野县 ( 38× 2 5) km2 范围内进行的棉田标放回收结果表明 ,收到的自然种群标记蛾 61 .54%在 1 km,38.46%在 1 0~ 30 km,说明棉铃虫具有很强的运动性 ,也证明了标放回收技术是成功的。After the larvae of cotton bollworm [Helicoverpa armigera (Hübner)] separately fed on artificial diets incorporated with different dyes, they can not be marked satisfactarily since the disturbance of their natural body color. While after moths fed on 10% sucrose solution, contained a serial concentrations of Rhodamine B, 95.19% of these moths were stained. Along with the increase of Rhodamine B concentration, the longevity and the flight ability of moths were not effected, the percentage of stained ovaries increased, the pre oviposition stage of female moth delayed and the marked moth laid fewer eggs than CK. Naturally occurring population and laboratory reared moths were external marked in Xinye County, Henan province, and captured by light traps network consisted of 100 mercury vapor lamps within an area of 38×25km 2. The results showed that 61.54% of the captured moths flight within 1 km area and 38.46% of them flight within 10~30 km area, indicated that the adults of H. armigera are highly mobile and the technique of marking release recapture is successful.
