摘　　要：安徽省竞技手球在第12届全运会上喜忧参半,女队首次获得冠军;男队在预赛中即遭淘汰。新的全运会周期开始,安徽省小球运动管理中心要更新观念;大力扶持有关训练单位争创优秀后备人才基地、建立青少年手球运动发展基金;创新竞赛体制;优化后备人才培养的布局;加强人才交流;注重技术模仿与创新;充分发挥好政府的主导作用;打造安徽省的手球文化,以确保安徽省竞技手球可持续发展。In the 12th National Games, Anhui competitive handball is mingled with hope and fear： The women＇s handball team won the champion, while the men＇s team was eliminated in the preliminary heats. As the new cycle of the National Gam~ has started, Anhui Small Ball Management Center should update the concept, fully support the Organizations concerned to strive for the best talent reserve base, set up juvenile handball development fund, innovate competitive system, and optimize the overall arrangement of reserve tal- ent cultivation. Meanwhile, the talent exchange should be enhanced with an emphasis on both the technical imitation and innovation. The government should fully exert its leading function to create our provincial hand- ball culture so as to ensure the sustainable development of the competitive handball in Anhui province.
