摘　　要：目的:探讨急性坏疽性胆囊炎超声声像图表现,有助于超声的早期诊断。方法:回顾分析我院经手术及病理证实的急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者超声声像图表现。结果:72例患者胆囊明显肿大,且宽径增大更明显,胆囊壁存在不均匀增厚现象,部分囊壁周边见无回声区,胆囊内胆汁透声差且多伴有胆囊结石。结论:超声对于急性坏疽性胆囊炎的早期诊断具有重要价值。Objective：To investigate the sonographic features of acute gangrenous cholecystitis for early diagnosis and treatment contributes to acute gangrenous cholecystitis.Method：Retrospective analysis of the sonographic features of acute gangrenous cholecystitis confirmed by operation and pathology in patients（the size of gallbladder,gallbladder wall thickness and echo,gallbladder echo）and compared with the normal control group.Result：72 cases of acute gangrenous cholecystitis were confirmed by operation and pathology of the gallbladder swelled obviously,gallbladder width increased more significantly than long size（P＆lt;0.0001）,All the patients of the gallbladder wall thickness,and wall thickness are uneven thickening and some of gallbladder wall edema and show ＂double shadow＂,cystic wall surrounding the visible fine shaped no echo area,the gallbladder bile through the sound of poor and associated with gallbladder stones.Conclusion：Ultrasonography has important clinical value for the early diagnosis of acute gangrenous cholecystitis.
