摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部实质性器官创伤超声引导微创治疗技术的培训技巧。方法:对象是来自206家军地医院的232名培训班学员,培训时间3d;采用分层随机法抽取60名学员接受培训后考核,并提供对培训的反馈信息。对培训后理论知识、实际操作能力的掌握情况进行分析。结果:通过培训,60名学员对培训的参与度为100%。培训后理论知识和实际操作技能成绩分别为(88.5±11.6)分和(93.6±6.3)分,较培训前显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:通过培训,受训者能够基本掌握腹部实质性器官创伤超声引导微创治疗技术的理论知识,完成模拟操作技能。Objective：To pass on a skill of minimally invasive treatment under the guidance of contrast enhanced ultrosonography for abdominal solid organ trauma.Method：60 of 232 trainees from 206 hospitals were sampled with a stratified randomized design.They learned the skill of the minimally invasive treatment under the guidance of contrast enhanced ultrosonography for abdominal solid organ trauma.During the period of 3 days,both theoretical knowledge and practical skills were trained.Result：The attendance rate in 60 trainees was 100%.Their scores in theoretical knowledge and practical skills were 88.5±11.6 and 93.6±6.3 after the training.Conclusion： Trainees can master the skill of the minimally invasive treatment under the guidance of contrast enhanced ultrosonography for abdominal solid organ trauma by the training.
