摘　　要：目的:通过分析我国卫生应急人员培训效果评估现状,发现卫生应急人员培训效果评估工作中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。方法:采用文献复习法对国内外涉及卫生应急人员培训效果评估的文献进行分析研究。结果:为提高应对突发公共卫生事件的能力,全国各地开展了形式多样的卫生应急培训班,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但大多数卫生应急培训班都只关注培训过程,对培训效果不太重视,很少开展卫生应急培训效果的评估工作。结论:我国的卫生应急人员培训效果评估工作还处于起步阶段,应采取包括充分认识培训效果评估工作的重要性、运用多种评估方法、全面评估培训效果以及建立完善的培训信息系统等措施来进一步完善。Objective To find out the problems in the effectiveness evaluation of health emergency personnel training by analyzing the status quo and to propose the solutions.Methods We reviewed the literature home and abroad about the effectiveness evaluation of health emergency personnel training.Results In order to improve the response capacity to public health emergencies,various health emergency trainings were carried out in China.Although they achieved certain achievements,most of which were just concerned about the training process rather than training results.There were few effectiveness evaluations of the trainings.Conclusions Effectiveness evaluation of health emergency personnel training in China is still in its infancy.We should take some measures,including being fully aware of the importance of effectiveness evaluation,using a variety of evaluation methods,conducting an overall effectiveness evaluation and establishing a comprehensive training information systems,to further improve the work.
