摘 要:以甘油、腰果酚缩水甘油醚(CGE)、酸酐及丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,通过改变酸酐种类制得了一系列腰果酚基光固化树脂(AGC);用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了树脂的结构;用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)表征了树脂的相对分子质量;同时以AGC树脂为主体制备了UV固化涂料,考察了该涂料在Q-panel铝板上固化后的基本性能;并采用热重分析(TA)和差示扫描量热(DSC)考察了固化膜的热稳定性(Td10)及玻璃化转变温度(Tg)。结果表明:该UV固化涂料能较好地兼顾高生物基含量与优异综合性能,具有广泛的开发和应用前景。A series of bio-based acrylic resins (AGC) were synthesized from renewable glycerol, cashew phenol ether (CGE), anhydride and acrylic acid (AA), which were used to prepare a series of UV curable coatings. The properties of cured film on A1 sheet were also stud- ied in this paper. The molecular structure of AGC was characterized by FT-IR. The molecular weight (Mn) and molecular weight distribution index (PDI) of AGC were characterized by GPC. The glass transition temperature (Tg) and the thermal decomposition temperature (Td10 ) of cured film were investigated by DSC and TGA respectively. The results showed that the UV cura- ble coatings gave a good balance between excellent performance and high content of bio-based substance,enabling a wide range of development and application.
