摘  要:针对分散型生活污水水质、水量波动较大及处理设施的污泥处置问题开发了气升回流一体化反应器。该系统由缺氧区、好氧区、沉淀区和气升区组成。以苏州市郊区某村的生活污水为处理对象,研究该反应器对污染物的去除效果及工艺特性。在进水COD、NH4^+ -N、TN及sS平均浓度分别为314、34、47、95mg/L且波动较大的情况下,出水COD、Nn4^+ -N、TN及ss平均浓度分别约为50、4、16、6mg/L,对COD、氨氮、TN的去除率分别达到80%、95%和60%左右。该工艺具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力,当进水容积负荷在0.56~1.67kgCOD/(m^3·d)之间时出水水质稳定,且可实现长期不排放污泥。该反应器结构简单,且运行费用仅为0.37元/m^3。An integrated airlift reflux reactor was developed to handle the large variation and quantity of decentralized domestic sewage and sludge disposal. The system consists of zone, aerobic zone, settling zone and airlift zone. The sewage to be treated was obtained from a suburban Suzhou, and the removal of contaminants and the process characteristics were inv in quality an anoxic village in estigated When the average influent concentrations of COD, NH4^+ -N, TN and SS were 314 mg/L, 34 mg/L, 47 mg/L and 95 nag/L, respectively, with big fluctuations, the average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4^+ - N, TN and SS were 50 mg/L, 4 mg/L, 16 mg/L and 6 mg/L, and the removal rates of COD, NH4^+ - N and TN were 80% , 95% and 60% respectively. When the influent volumetric loading rate was between 0.56 and 1.67 kgCOD/( m^3· d), the effluent quality was stable, showing a resistance to shock loading. Zero emission of excess sludge could be achieved for a long time. The reactor configuration was simple, and the operation cost was 0.37 yuan/m^3.
