摘  要:采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)处理制糖废水,分析了发生酸溺后出水pH值、对COD的去除率以及颗粒污泥特性的变化,并研究了其恢复调控措施。当酸溺后,ABR出水pH值降低到4.0~5.0,对COD的去除率仅为5.6%~6.0%;产甲烷菌受到严重抑制,第四格室与第五格室中颗粒污泥的辅酶‰含量分别由原来的1.89和1.77μmol/gVSS降低到0.42和0.22μmol/gVSS;由于产酸菌的大量繁殖,造成颗粒污泥的EPS增多,第二、第三和第四格室中颗粒污泥的EPS分别达到了219.64、170.34和201.70mg/gVSS;同时SEM表明反应器内的微生物环境破坏明显,各格室都有大量的梭状芽孢杆菌,而产甲烷茵明显减少。酸溺后,采用增加进水碱度和降低负荷的联合调控方法,可使ABR在15d后恢复正常,出水pH值达到6.6~6.7,对COD的去除率为86.2%。The characteristics of pH, COD removal rate and anaerobic granular sludge after excessive acidification, and the recovery methods in the anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) for treating sucrose wastewater were investigated. At the excessive acidification stage of the ABR, the pH value decreased to 4.0 - 5.0 and the COD removal rate reduced to 5.6% - 6.0%. During excessive acidification, methanogenic bacteria were inhibited, and the contents of coenzyme F420 in anaerobic granular sludge in the fourth and fifth compartments decreased from 1.89 μmol/gVSS and 1.77 μmol/gVSS to 0.42 μmol/ gVSS and 0.22 μmol/gVSS, respectively. The extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) in anaerobic granular sludge in the second, third and fourth compartments increased to 219.64 mg/gVSS, 170.34 mg/gVSS and 201.70 mg/gVSS, respectively, due to substantial reproduction of acidogenic bacteria. After excessive acidification, the microbial environment in ABR was broken. There were a large amount of Clostridium , and OLRs in and the methanogenie bacteria reduced in every compartment.Alliance controlling alkaline and OLRs in recovery had significant effect on the ABR. After 15 d, the removal rate of COD increased to 86.2% and the effluent pH value increased to 6.6 - 6.7.
