摘 要:采用兼氧调节/混凝沉淀/接触好氧工艺对广州某纺织印染厂印染综合废水进行预处理,考察了不同日处理量下对废水中COD、NH3- N、色度的去除效果及对pH值的稳定作用。结果表明:处理量从15m^3/d增至21m^3/d,经兼氧调节/混凝沉淀/接触好氧预处理后,出水COD、NH3-N、色度分别达到150~200mg/L、1~3mg/L、100~125倍,水质达到后续深度处理的要求。与该厂现有工艺相比,该工艺无需加碱调节废水pH值,且混凝剂投加量少,节省了运行成本。The facuhative adjustment/coagulation sedimentation/aerobic contact oxidation process was used to pretreat printing and dyeing wastewater in a textile dyeing factory in Guangzhou. The removal rates of COD, NH3 - N and color as well as the stabilization of pH under the different daily treatment capacities were investigated. The results showed that the daily treatment capacity increased from 15 to 21 m^3/d, the effluent COD, NH3 -N and color after the pretreatment were 150 to 200 mg/L, 1 to 3 mg/L and 100 to 125 times, respectively, meeting the requirements for the subsequent advanced treatment. Compared with the existing process, this combined process did not need to add alkali to adjust the wastewater pH. The coagulant dosage was small and operation cost was low.
