摘 要:创新设计了一个污水处理组合工艺——生物转盘(RBC)—A2/O联用系统,并对新工艺的处理效果进行研究。新工艺针对生物转盘处理量小但处理高效的特点,创新将其作为预处理工艺,再联合A2/O工艺对后期废水做进一步处理。研究结果表明,生物转盘水力停留时间控制在0.4 h时,其生物膜中形成了可观的微生物菌落规模,生物转盘对COD、TP、TN的去除率分别达到49.40%、5.65%、23.42%,有效地减轻了后续工艺的负担。新工艺对COD、TP、TN的整体去除率分别达到95.26%、96.95%、61.22%,在一定程度上证明了新工艺的可行性。新工艺解决了单独采用生物转盘时处理量小等问题,也为大规模废水处理提供了一种新的思路。A novel wastewater treatment system combining rotating biological contactor (RBC) with anaerobic/anoxic/oxic (A^2/O) process was designed, and its treatment effect was investigated. Due to low loading capacity and high removal efficiency, the RBC was used for pretreatment and the A^2/O process was used for advanced treatment. The result showed that a large number of microbial colonies were observed in biofilm when the hydraulic retention time of RBC was 0.4 h. The removal rates of COD, TP and TN in the RBC were 49.40% , 5.65% and 23.42%, respectively. The load of the subsequent process was effectively reduced. The removal rates of COD, TP and TN in the combined process were 95.26%, 96.95% and 61.22%, respectively, which demonstrated the feasibility of the combined process. Moreover, the new system overcame some RBC' s disadvantages and offered a fresh approach for treating high loading wastewater.
