摘  要:以经生物流化床处理后的腈纶废水为原水,在限氧SBR反应器中研究了适合ANAMMOX工艺进水的部分亚硝化预处理技术。控制SBR的主要参数如下:DO为0.30~0.40mg/L、pH值为7.2—7.6、温度为30~35℃、曝气时间为10h,经过27d的连续运行,成功实现了部分亚硝化系统的快速启动。同时考察了启动过程中影响亚硝酸盐氮积累的主要因素。结果表明,低DO浓度是实现部分亚硝化的决定性因素;pH值不仅会通过对游离氨浓度的影响而引起氨氧化菌(AOB)活性的变化,其本身也会对AOB活性直接产生一定影响;适当提高系统温度可增强AOB的竞争能力,但当温度〉35℃时会对AOB活性产生抑制。部分亚硝化系统的最优运行参数如下:DO为0.35mg/L、pH值为7.6、水温为32℃,在此条件下稳定运行后,平均亚硝化率可达到95%以上,出水COD和TN浓度略有下降。经适用性试验验证,腈纶废水部分亚硝化系统出水完全可以作为ANAMMOX工艺的进水。Partial nitrification was researched in SBR under limited oxygen condition to produce the correct influent for the ANAMMOX process, which was fed with effluent of biological fluidized bed for acrylic fiber wastewater. The main parameters of the reactor were controlled as follows: DO was 0.30 to 0.40 mg/L, pH value was kept from 7.2 to 7.6, temperature was maintained at 30 to 35℃, and aeration time was 10 h. Rapid start-up for the partial nitrification system was achieved after 27 d. At the same time, the factors impacting the accumulation of nitrite in the rapid start-up process were investigated. The results indicated that low concentration of DO was one of the decisive factors for partial nitrification. The change of AOB activity was caused by pH value not only through affecting free ammonia concentration but also a certain impact from itself. When the system temperature was increased appropriately, the competitiveness of AOB improved. However, when temperature was more than 35℃, AOB activity would be inhibited. Under the optimum parameters ( DO 0.35 mg/L, pH 7.6, temperature 32℃ ),the average nitrosation rate reached more than 95%, the concentrations of COD and TN in effluent decreased slightly. Applicability result verified that it was absolutely possible to provide correct influent for the ANAMMOX process through the partial nitrification of acrylic fiber wastewater in SBR under the limited oxygen condition.
