摘  要:以沥浸污泥为原料,开展了污泥堆肥配方研究;同时结合某污水厂污泥处理案例,比较分析了不同污泥处理工艺的成本与效益,以探讨沥浸污泥堆肥的可行性。结果表明:根据来源广泛、发酵效果较好、适宜本地的原则,沥浸污泥堆肥原料的最佳配方为污泥∶蘑菇渣=4∶1(质量比),其次是污泥∶鸡粪∶草炭=2∶1∶1(质量比);沥浸污泥静态好氧堆肥的产品为有机肥,其各项指标均可满足国家相关标准的要求;采用"生物沥浸干化+条垛静态好氧发酵"工艺处理某污水厂污泥,与现有的"污泥脱水+槽式好氧发酵"工艺相比,可使占地减少一半,并且投资少、处理成本低、产值高、处理过程对环境友好,应用前景广阔。The sludge compost formula was studied using bioleaching sludge as raw material. Combined with the case of sludge treatment at a sewage treatment plant, the costs and benefits of different sludge treatment processes were compared and analyzed to explore the feasibility of bioleaching sludge compost. The results showed that according to wide variety of sources, good fermentation and locally appropriate principles, the best formula for bioleaching sludge was sludge : mushroom residue = 4 : 1 ( mass ratio), followed by sludge : manure : peat = 2 : 1 : 1 (mass ratio). The product of static aerobic corn- posting of bioleaching sludge was organic fertilizer. All its indicators could meet the requirements of the relevant national standards. Compared with the "sludge dewatering + trough aerobic fermentation" technology, the "drying bioleaching + static windrow aerobic fermentation" process for treatment of sewage sludge could reduce the area requirement by half, lower the investment and treatment cost, increase production value and be environmentally friendly.
