摘　　要：以某电建企业为例对质量、质量管理、项目质量管理的相关理论进行系统分析,然后,分析电建项目质量管理阶段的质量问题及成因,提出构建工程项目质量管理体系,继而基于电建项目的施工特点构建工程项目质量管理成熟度模型,通过层次模糊综合评价法综合评定某电建单位质量管理成熟度水平,验证质量管理体系在工程项目质量管理中的科学性。Taking one power construction company for example, this paper makes systematic analysis on the theory of quality, quality management and project quality management, then analyzes the quality problems in the quality management phase of power construction project and the causes, proposes to build a project quality management system, and then build the project quality management maturity model based on construction features of power project construction, and finally evaluates the maturity level of the quality management of one power construction company through level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and verifies the scientificalness of the quality management system.
