Selective Screen Completion Technology Used in Horizontal Wells

摘  要:含有夹层、存在边底水的水平井,缺乏长期有效的分段完井技术,造成水平井水平段动用程度不均、稳产期短、含水上升快等问题。针对这些问题,配套完善了水平井选择性筛管完井技术;着重阐述了水泥充填裸眼封隔器分段完井技术。通过攻关研究,在完成单管注水泥充填封隔器分段完井管柱和施工工艺设计的基础上,成功研制了系列配套工具。其技术优势为:洗井/注水泥胀封一次管柱完成;定位器和定位短节配合能使内外工具准确定位;使用领浆胶塞引导水泥浆,能够准确地控制注入水泥量。室内试验成功后,在现场推广应用水平井选择性筛管完井技术63井次,并对施工后的水平井进行了效果分析对比,投产后基本能实现控水稳油生产。Horizontal well with intercalation in edge and bottom water reservoir that lacked effective technology for sectional completion,caused uneven producing extent in horizontal sections,short stable production period,water-cut rising fast and other issues.To solve these problems,a selective screen completion technology was matched and completed for horizontal wells.A sectional completion technology using cement filling openhole packer was emphatically underlined.Through technical research and development and based on the design of sectional completion pipe string using single pipe cementing filling packer and operation technology,a series of supporting tools were successfully developed.The technical advantages included well washing/cementing and setting a string at one time.A locator and the positioning short piece were used for accurate positioning the internal and external tools.A rubber stopper was used to guide cement slurry,it could accurately control the volume of injected cement.After a laboratory experiment is successful,selective screen completion technology for horizontal well are applied in 63wells.The effects of application are comparatively analyzed,the result shows that the selective screen completion technology can control water and stabilize oil production.
