摘 要:随着油藏开发难度增加,苛刻的地质条件给钻井作业技术提出更高的要求,特别是在大位移井及深井超深井钻井方面。对于极限延伸井钻井来说,不仅需要有良好的钻井设备,还需要依靠钻井工艺技术及基础理论支撑。底部钻具组合力学分析中的载荷传递规律对极限延伸井钻井有着重要影响。因此,在前人研究的基础上,对考虑钻柱横向振动影响下的底部钻具载荷传递规律进行研究,同时对影响底部钻具载荷传递规律的因素进行敏感性分析。研究结果表明:底部钻具横向振动对钻柱轴力及扭矩影响较大,随着摩擦因数及方位变化增加,消耗在底部钻具上的摩阻力及扭矩线性增加;随着底部钻压增加,钻具所受摩阻力及扭矩变化率变大。因此,对于大位移井及长水平段水平井极限延伸来说,不能忽略横向振动对钻具载荷传递的影响。With increasing difficulty of reservoir development,harsh geological conditions induced higher requirements on the drilling technology,especially in the drilling of large displacement wells and ultra-deep wells.For the limit extended reach drilling,not only good drilling equipment was needed,but also drilling technology and basic theory support were needed.During mechanic analysis,BHA load-transfer rules had important influence on limit extended reach drilling.Therefore,on the basis of predecessors′research,BHA load transfer rules,which took the consideration of influence of lateral vibration of drill string,were studied,and sensitivity analysis was performed on the factors affecting BHA load-transfer rules.Research results show that transverse vibration of drill string has a greater influence on the axial force and torque transmission.With the increase of friction coefficient and azimuth variation,friction and torque of BHA are linearly raised;with the increases of WOB,friction and the rate of torque of BHA are also raised.Therefore,the influence of transverse vibration on load transfer cannot be ignored on load transfer in large displacement wells and long horizontal wells.
