摘　　要：目的:促进药品流通领域的进一步优化和发展。方法:从药品流通领域的三个环节,即生产者、供应商和分发者的角度出发,对每个环节在整个供应链中的延伸进行探讨,分别阐述延伸的必要性及主要内容,并列举基于延伸的可行的增值服务项目。结果与结论:药品流通领域的各个环节都有业务延伸的需求和必要。药品分发者可通过自动化信息化设备的运用,降低其运营成本并解放药剂人员的劳动力,让其将业务向临床延伸,提供临床药学服务,确保用药安全、有效;药品供应商为了市场竞争及自身发展,可分别向其上、下游客户提供物流、信息系统、自动化设备、药事与数据分析服务,并向委托生产等方面延伸;药品生产者为了能扩大市场,可将服务延伸至药品的终端用户患者手中,为其提供疾病管理、用药计划等方面的增值服务。通过三个环节的业务延伸与提供的增值服务,可使整个药品流通领域的服务类型更加丰满,让整个行业更充满生机。OBJECTIVE： To promote the further optimization and development of the drug distribution. METHODS： The exten- sion of each link in supply chain was discussed from the respective of drug distribution, including manufacturers, suppliers and dis- pensers. The necessity and content of the extension were explained, and practicable value-added services were listed on the basis of it. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS ： There are needs and necessity of business extension for all the links of drug distribution. Operat- ing cost and labor force can be reduced through dispensers apply automated information instruments ; the extension of drug distribu- tion in the clinic provides pharmaceutical care and guarantees safe and effective use of drugs. For market competition and self devel- opment, drug suppliers provide logistics, information system, automated instrument, analysis of pharmaceutical affairs and data for upstream and downstream customer, and dabble in commissioning manufacture. In order to expand the market, drug manufacturers extend the service to drug terminal user patients and provide value-added services as disease management and medication plan, etc. Business extension of three links and value-added services rich the service types of drug distribution and cheer the industry up.
