新疆杏制干设备现状与发展建议

摘　　要：新疆是我国杏的主产区,生产的鲜杏十分适宜制干,鲜杏制干是沿承杏产业发展的有效手段。通过分析国内现有制干设备,针对设备中存在的弊端,提出杏制干设备的发展建议,为杏制干产业的发展提供参考。Xinjiang is producing of apricot in our country, and the fresh apricot is very suitable for drying which is an effective means of carrying on industry development. The drying equipments are analysed in this article. According to the deficiencies in those equipments, the development proposals are given, which provides some reference to drying apricot.
