摘  要:论述突变量选相应用于(超)高压电力系统的必要性,分析补偿电压突变量的优良特性,并指出现有基于补偿电压突变量的选相判据存在不足。在分析补偿电压突变量在不同故障情况下的特征基础上,基于"突变量元件"提出新的选相判据,该判据将突变量与接近于零的固定门槛值进行比较,解决了故障初期因突变相量未完全形成而造成选相不准确的问题。RTDS仿真结果表明补偿电压突变量选相可以在故障发生后快速、准确的选出故障相。This paper discussed the necessity of superimposed component based fault phase selec-tion for high voltage power systems,analyzed the excellent characteristics of compensation volt-age superimposed component,and proposed the deficiency of the fault phase selection criterion with the compensation voltage superimposed component.Based on analyzing different characteris-tics of compensation voltage superimposed component under different fault types,a new fault phase selection criterion with"Volume Element Fault Component"was proposed.The superim-posed component in the new criterion was only compared with threshold which is close to zero,It solved the problem that the superimposed component can't be recorded during the fault initial stage which may lead to select fault phase inaccurately.RTDS results show that the proposed method can select faulted phase rapidly and accurately.
