摘　　要：目的:探讨腧穴热敏化艾灸疗法对慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床疗效。方法:将65例患者随机分为两组,对照组32例,口服氯雷他定分散片(原研);治疗组33例,治疗组采用腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗,观察两组临床疗效及复发率。结果:治疗后,总有效率治疗组81.82%,对照组75.00%,经统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后6个月随访,治疗组复发率20.00%,对照组72.72%,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:腧穴热敏化艾灸治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效显著,高效、速效,复发率低。Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupoint heat-sensitization moxibustion on treating chronic urticaria （CU）. Methods：65 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 32 cases took loratadine dispersible tablets;the treated group of 33 cases was given acupoint heat-sensitization moxibustion. The clinical effects and the recurrence rate were compared before and after treatment. Results：After the treatment, the total efficiency in treated group was 81.82%, 75.00%in the control group, there were no significant differences （P〉0.05）. After 6 months follow-up, the rate of recurrence in the treated group was 20.00%, the other was 72.72%, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Clinical effects of acupoint heat-sensitization moxibustion is significant, and the rate of recurrence is low.
