提壶揭盖法治疗慢性肺心病右心功能不全

摘　　要：目的:观察应用中医提壶揭盖法(即宣通肺气的方法)治疗慢性肺心病右心功能不全的治疗效果。方法:将48例慢性肺心病右心功能不全患者随机分为两组,对照组24例予常规西医治疗,治疗组24例在常规西医治疗基础上使用提壶揭盖法随证组方治疗。结果:治疗组在显效率,总有效率,改善心功能等方面与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病右心功能不全在常规西医综合治疗基础上联合使用中医提壶揭盖法可提高疗效。Objective：To observe the application of traditional Chinese medicine Uroschesis treatment method （methods the Xuan Tong Qi） of Right ventricular function in chronic pulmonary heart failure. Methods： 48 cases of right ventricular function in chronic pulmonary heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases in the control group received routine treatment of Western medicine, 24 patients in the conventional Western medicine treatment on the basis of using the Uroschesis treatment with syndrome prescription treatment group. Results：In the treatment group markedly effective rate, total effective rate, significantly improve heart function and control group differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The function of right heart failure in pulmonary heart disease conclusion based on the routine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Uroschesis treatment method improve curative effect.
