坤泰胶囊治疗绝经综合症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药坤泰胶囊对绝经综合症的疗效和安全性。方法:将绝经综合症患者58例随机分成两组,治疗组30例给予坤泰胶囊,对照组28例给予替勃龙,治疗3个月,用药前后进行改良Kupperman(K)评分,评估药物疗效。结果:治疗3个月后,两组K评分较治疗前均有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对于部分绝经综合症症状比较,除阴道干涩坤泰组差于对照组外,其他无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊作为中药可以替代激素对绝经后综合症治疗,无副作用。Objective：To observe the efficacy and security of Kuntai capsule on menopausal syndrome. Methods：58 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group of 30 cases was given Kuntai capsule, the control group of 28 cases was treated with tibolone, the treatment for 3 months, be modified Kupperman （K） score before and after treatment, to assess medicine efficacy. Results：After the treatment of 3 months, K score before treatment groups were statistically significant （P〉0.01）, no significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. For some menopausal syndrome symptoms compared, in addition to vaginal dryness Kuntai group worse than the control group, the other was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Kun Thai medicine capsules as an alternative to hormone therapy for postmenopausal syndrome, no side effects.
