中西医结合治疗45例单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)的疗效。方法:研究组:45例患者50眼,接受中西医结合治疗;对照组:39例患者43眼,接受阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗。结果:研究组50眼中,有效率为84.0%。对照组43眼中,有效率为74.4%(P<0.05)。研究组45例50眼中,复发率仅为8.0%,对照组39例43眼中,复发率高达32.6%(P<0.05)。而研究组治愈患者的治愈时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医联合治疗HSK,可以提高疗效,降低复发率,缩短治愈天数。Objective： To study the curative effect of the integrative medicine in treating 45 cases of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods： Study group： 50 eyes, 45 patients, in the integrative medicine; Control group： 43 eyes, 39 patients treated with acyclovir eye drops. Results：The effective rate of 50 eyes in the study group was 84.0%. The effective rate of 43 eyes, in the control, was 74.4%（P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of 45 cases with 50 eyes in the study group, was only 8.0%, and the recurrence rate of 39 cases with 43 eyes in the control group, was as high as 32.6%（P〈0.05）. And the cure time of cure patients in the study group was obviously shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In the integrative medicine treating herpes simplex keratitis, can improve curative effect, reduce recurrence rate, and shorten the cure days.
