逍遥丸配合心理干预对中晚期肺癌患者生活质量影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥丸联合中医心理干预对应用化疗的中晚期肺癌患者不良情绪、生活质量和外周血T细胞亚群、NK细胞的影响。方法:以心理状态评分(Hamilton抑郁自评量表计分)、免疫功能(NK细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群)检测指标和生活质量计分(EORTC QLQ-C30(version3)生活质量调查问卷)为重点研究指标,将符合纳入病例标准的肺癌患者按不平衡指数最小的分配原则,随机分配到治疗组及对照组。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,在充分了解患者基本状况、病情变化及其心理类型特征的基础上,根据患者不同心理反应和状态,采用逍遥丸配合个体化中医心理治疗方法。结果:治疗后治疗组和对照组患者焦虑、抑郁状态均有明显改善,治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组和对照组KPS评分改善情况经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前、后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞数量之间有显著性差异,治疗后两组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞数量之间无显著性差异。结论:逍遥丸配合心理干预可改善中晚期肺癌患者的不良情绪和生活质量,进而提高患病机体的免疫功能。Objective：To observe the effect of the negative emotions, quality of life, peripheral blood T cell subsets and NK cells in advanced lung cancer patients. Methods：Treat the mental state score （Hamilton Depression Rating Scale scores）, immune function （T cell subsets and NK cells）, detection index and the quality of life score （EORT C QLQ-C30（version3） the questionnaire on the quality of life） as the important research indexs; the appropriate lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. Control group adopted conventional therapy. Individual TCM psychotherapy except Xiaoyao pill with different psychological reactionst and condition of the patients was added. Results：There was an obvious improvement of anxietious and depressive condition in the patients;the treated group was obviously better than the control group. There was an obvious difference （P＆lt;0.05）, and KBS scores under the statistics has difference between the groups. Conclusion：Psychological intervention plus Xiaoyao pill can improve life quality and immune function.
