复方益心丸对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方益心丸对冠心病心绞痛患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将90例冠心病心绞痛病例分为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用复方益心丸治疗3周,观察治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果:治疗组在治疗前后血液流变学指标改善显著而对照组无明显改善。结论:复方益心丸能显著改善冠心病心绞痛患者的血液流变学指标。Objective：To study the effect of Yixin wan on blood rheology in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： 90 CHD patients were divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group took compound Yixin Wan for 3 weeks, the blood rheology indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results： In treatment group before and after treatment, blood rheology improved significantly while control group obvious improvement. Conclusion：Compound Yixin Wan could obviously improve the blood rheology in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris index.
