摘　　要：目的:观察腹针配合火罐治疗中风后肢体麻木的临床疗效。方法:将我院中风后肢体麻木的75例患者,随机分为治疗组41例,对照组34例,治疗组采用腹针配合火罐治疗,对照组采用传统针灸体针方法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.1%,对照组总有效率为79.4%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:腹针配合火罐治疗中风后肢体麻木疗效明显优于对照组。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of treating numbness following stroke by acupuncture. Methods：75 patients with numbness were randomly divided into treated group of 41 cases and control group of 34 cases, the treated group was treated by abdominal acupuncture, the control group treated by traditional acupuncture. Results：Treated group total effectiveness 95.1%, the control group total effectiveness 79.4%, the difference was significant between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： The effects on treating numbness following stroke by abdominal acupuncture were significantly better than the control group.
