摘　　要：本文从安徽省林业改革发展的实际出发,围绕增强林业发展动力和活力,以完善集体林权制度改革为主线,在建立严格的林权保护机制和完备的林权管理服务体系、构建现代林业产权制度和现代林业经营体系、完善现代林业发展的政策保障体系和科技创新体系等方面,探索性地提出深化林业改革的路径与措施。In this paper based on the actualities of forestry reform and development in Anhui Province and focusing on enhancing the motivation and viality for forestry development, the paths and measures for deepening forestry reform were exploratively put forward that perfecting the collective forest tenure system reform should be the principal line, a strict forest tenure protection mechanism and complete forest tenure management and service system should be established, the modem forestry property fight system and modem forestry management system should be built up, and the policy guarantee system and science ＆ technology innovation system for modem forestry development should be perfected.
