摘 要:针对海拉尔苏德尔特低渗透油田注水开发困难的实际情况,进行了蒸汽、混合气、复合热载体吞吐室内实验对比研究。结果表明:3种介质在吞吐过程中复合热载体的吞吐效果最好,平均每周期的采收率比混合气、蒸汽吞吐分别高0.37%、1.92%,而各周期复合热载体吞吐的含水率平均比蒸汽吞吐低54.13%,气油比平均比混合气吞吐低166.74 m3/m3,注入能力与蒸汽吞吐和混合气吞吐相比平均每周期分别低30.46%、15.20%。研究表明,在特低渗透油田进行复合热载体吞吐是可行的,但在实际进行复合热载体吞吐时,应适当增加注入压力或减少注入量,或加入适量耐高温防膨剂或表面活性剂,从而降低水敏和水锁的影响。Based on the actual difficulties of waterflood development in the Suderte oilfield,an ultra- low permeability oilfield in Hailar,experimental comparison and study have been carried out in lab on the huff and puff process of steam,gas mixture and compound heat carrier. It can be seen from the results that compound heat carrier has the best result in huff and puff compared to the other two media,with an average recovery rate per cycle 0. 37 percent and 1. 92 percent greater than those of gas mixture and steam huff and puff respectively. And,for compound heat carrier,the water cut during huff and puff of each cycle on average is 54. 13% lower than that of steam,the GOR on average is 166. 74 m3/ m3lower than that of gas mixture huff and puff,and the injectivity per cycle is 30. 46% and 15. 2% lower than those of steam and gas mixture huff and puff respectively. The research work revealed that it is feasible to perform huff and puff of compound heat carrier in ultra- low permeability oilfields. However,during actual huff and puff of compound heat carrier,injection pressure shall be increased properly or injection volume decreased appropriately,or high temperature anti- swelling agent or surfactant shall be added properly,so as to mitigate the effects of water sensitivity and locking.
