摘 要:针对长庆油田董志区特低渗油藏非均质性严重、采收率低的问题,开展了水驱后注氮气、注微球和氮气微球交替驱实验,研究注入方式对提高采收率效果的影响。结果表明:对特低渗油藏,水驱后注氮气可进一步提高原油采收率,氮气转注时机越晚,提高采收率效果越差,氮气最佳注入时机为无水采油期结束至产水率为30%之间;注微球可显著提高注入压差,降低产水率,提高原油采收率;氮气微球交替驱时,氮气和微球之间的协同作用可进一步提高特低渗油藏的采收率,且交替周期越多,提高采收率效果越好。在实验基础上进行了现场应用,取得了显著的降水增油效果。Considering low recovery factor and strong heterogeneity of ultra- low permeability reservoir in Dongzhi block of Changqing oilfield,the multi- system flooding of nitrogen injection,microsphere injection and nitrogen alternating microsphere injection is performed to study the effect of injection mode on EOR. The result shows that the nitrogen injection after water flooding can enhance oil recovery factor of ultra- low permeability reservoir. The later to convert the waterflooding to nitrogen flooding,the less effect of EOR. The optimal conversion moment is from the end of water free oil production period to the water cut of 30%. The microsphere injection can obviously increases the injection pressure difference,reduces water cut and increases oil recovery factor. The synergetic effect between nitrogen and microsphere in nitrogen alternating microsphere flooding could further enhance the oil recovery factor. With the increase of alternating period,the oil recovery factor increases. Based on laboratory experiment,the field application is implemented,and significant water cut reduction and oil recovery factor improvment have been gained.
