摘  要:双作用抽油泵是提高有杆抽油系统排量的有效手段。通过分析双作用抽油泵结构和工作原理,参考常规泵抽油系统的设计方法,推导出了双作用泵悬点载荷计算公式,在此基础上,建立了双作用泵抽油系统的杆柱设计方法,并对塔河油田TK711井进行了优化设计,设计结果在现场应用效果良好。分析与应用表明,双作用泵抽油系统的下冲程悬点载荷以及悬点载荷差均较常规泵大,其下泵深度受抽油杆柱强度的制约。Dual- acting pump is an effective means to enhance the flow rate of sucker rod pumping system. By means of analysis of the structure and working mechanism of dual- acting pump,an equation for calculation of hanger load of dual- acting pump is derived in reference with the design method of conventional pumping system. Then,a method of rod string design for dual- acting pumping system is established and the design of Well TK711 is optimized in the Tahe oilfield,with a good result gained in field application. It is indicated from analysis and application that the dual- acting pumping system has a larger upstroke hanger load and hanger load difference than the conventional pump,and the setting depth of pump is restricted by the strength of the rod string.
