摘　　要：介绍了新型自动压滤机的主要研制特点 ,并对马钢二钢厂转炉污泥进行了脱水试验 ,取得了滤饼水分小于 2 3 % ,过滤系数大于 15 0kg/ (m2 ·h)的脱水指标。在试验的基础上提出了新型自动压滤机用于马钢二钢厂的转炉污泥脱水的工艺流程和实施方案 ,为冶金转炉污泥的脱水提供了有效的解决方法。The main development features of new type automatic filter-press are described.Its application in the dewatering test of the converter sludge in No.2 Steel Plant of Maanshan Steel Co.Ltd achieved good results with a filter cake moisture lower than 23% and a filter coefficiency greater than 150 kg/(m 2·h).On this test basis,the technological flowsheet and implementation scheme of adopting the new automatic filter-press in the dewatering of the converter sludge in No.2 Steel Plant of Maanshan Steel Co.are suggested, which is an efficient method for solving the dewatering problem of metallurgical convert sludge.
