摘　　要：本文通过阐述单独以碳酸氢铵作为锌湿法生产系统沉矾除铁剂对生产不利的影响,提出了在碳酸氢铵中添加一定量的硫酸钠作为沉铁剂的新思路,经过实验研究验证了该技术的优越性,并通过科学合理配比应用于生产实践中取得良好的效果。This paper explains the adverse effects of ammonium hydrogen carbonate as a jarosite iron removal agent alone in the zinc hydrometallurgy process .A new idea is given to add certain amount of sodium sulfate in the ammonium hydrogen carbonate as iron removal agent .Experimental study has verified the superiority of the technology , and good results has been achieved through scientific reasonable ratio application .
