摘　　要：本文通过开发HRB500E抗震钢筋过程使VN微合金化技术成功应用,对VN微合金化技术解决产品组织不均匀、性能不稳定、强屈比不足等问题进行了有益的尝试,并得到了令人满意的结论,并对这一技术的应用效果进行了分析。The VN micro alloying technology has been put into use successfully in the development process of HRB 500E seismic reinforcement bar.Beneficial attempt was carried out to resolve the problems of uneven organization ,unstable per-formance , insufficient ratio of intensity and yield strength of the product , in application process of VN micro alloying tech-nology.The result is satisfactory.
