摘　　要：通过对锌挥发窑进行设备改造,内衬优选,以及强化挂渣作业、改变入窑物料配比、以煤代焦等操作优化,使窑龄达到300 d以上,同时提高了铟回收率,降低了运行成本,每年可节约支出1000万元。Through the equipment reformation,lining optimization and other operation optimizations such as strengthening dross operating,changing the ratio of the feed materials,using coal instead of coke for the zinc volatilization kiln,the service length of the kiln can exceed 300 days,the indium recovery can be improved and the operating costs reduced.An annual cost saving of 10 million yuan （RMB） can be achieved.
