摘  要:针对内蒙古某碳酸盐型萤石矿进行了选矿试验研究,并确定了相应的浮选流程。闭路试验中粗选磨矿细度为-0.074mm 70%,采用硅酸钠和碳酸钠为调整剂、油酸钠为捕收剂。试验通过一粗一扫五精、粗精矿再磨的闭路流程,成功获得了CaF_2品位97.36%、回收率86.42%的萤石精矿,其中SiO_2、CaCO_3含量分别为1.18%和0.55%,均符合F97C萤石粉的国家标准。The Carbonate-type fluorite ore in Inner Mongolia was studied, and the corresponding flotation processes was formulated at the same time. Using sodium silicate and sodium carbonate as the adjusting agent, sodium oleate as collector, closed-circuit test were carried out in the condition that the roughing grinding fineness was-0.074mm 70%. The fluorite concentrate was obtained by one roughing-five cleaning-one scavenging and coarse concentrate regrinding closed-circuit process ,whose grade and recovery were 97.36% and 86.42% respectively, and the content of SiO2 and CaCO3 was 1.18% and 0.55% ,meeting the national standards.
