中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的疗效。方法:将80例该病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组采用温补涤痰化瘀汤配合西药常规治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗;7天为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%,对照组总有效率77.5%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:温补涤痰化瘀汤可以提高西药常规治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期的有效率。Objective ： To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of chronic pulmo nary heart disease in acute exacerbation. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by Wunbu Ditan Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine , and the control group using conventional western medicine treatment. 7 days as one period, efficacy was evaluated after 4 periods of treatment. Results ： The total efficiency of treatment group is 95.0%, while the control group is 77.5 %. There was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Wunbu Ditan Huayu Decoc tion can improve the conventional western medicine treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute exacer bation stage with efficiency.
